Realtors like to have a seller declutter for best results. Eliminating personal property that can be distracting for a buyer.

The estate liquidator doesn’t want the seller to eliminate anything until they have walked through the property to see what can be sold.

Estate sale companies and Realtors best serve the seller when they work together. Sitting down for a conversation about the long term outcome for the seller is beneficial.

Requesting sellers to eliminate personal property by charity, throwing out or selling without a professional estate liquidator is like selling a home without a professional real estate agent.

Sellers, please consider listening to both professionals. Achieving the best possible outcome for you is important.

Sellers it is highly advisable if you hired a professional estate sale company that you not be present during the hours of the sale. It may be too emotional for you. You would not be present during an open house at the request of your Realtor.
