Entering An Estate Sale, Lining Up, Numbers, Sign Up List ?
Attending an estate sale, can be an experience similar to attending a black Friday sale at a department store. Loads of people and a lengthy line.
Most estate sales companies utilize some type of a method to organize the incoming flow of the public.
This can involve the use of a number system where the first person on site is number 1, number 2 etc. Other estate sales companies will use a sign up sheet. This sheet is usually posted on or near the front door and you sign your name up at the next available number on the sheet. Again this is predicated on the order you arrive at the sale. In either case someone from the estate sales company will allow entrance in numerical order when the sale opens. In many cases they limit the number of persons allowed in to maintain security and safety at the sale and an orderly entry into the property.
